The subject of our valuation is a Detached 3- Bedroom Bungalow Building, situated within a fenced and secured premises.
This occupies a parcel of land located at No. 4, Fruitful Vine Estate (Stephen Enebeli), off Alhaji Adekanye Street, Bucknor, Oke-Afa, Isolo in Isolo Local Government Area of Lagos State
VALUATION
WE ARE OF THE OPINION that the MARKET VALUE of the interest in the subject property located at No. 4, Fruitful Vine Estate (Stephen Enebeli), off Alhaji Adekanye Street Bucknor, Oke-Afa, Isolo, Lagos State, on the basis aforesaid, was as at Saturday, 12th October, 2024 in the sum of N47,000,000.00 (Forty-Seven Million Naira) only.
