These are officers who are dedicated to the professional representation of the Clients’ best interests which establishes long-lasting business relationships.

With offices in Lagos, Abuja, Port-Harcourt, Kaduna, Ibadan, Akure, and Benin City, the J. Ajayi Patunola & Co. team includes over 200 professionals (Eight Partners) and several administrative support personnel who are dedicated to providing a level of real estate expertise and service that is unmatched in the area of property and assets valuation services.

B. J. Patunola-Ajayi, the Immediate Past President of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (NIESV), is an erudite Estate Surveyor and Valuer with over thirty-five (35) years professional experience in real estate development, property management, valuation, marketing, consultancy and advisory services both within and outside the country.

He graduated from the University of Ife (Now Obafemi Awolowo University) in 1983, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Estate Management. He also obtained a Masters Degree in Project Management from the University of Lagos. He is a holder of Doctorate Degree in Theology from Cambridge College of Theology USA. He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), a member of International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), a member of International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), Project Management Institute of America (PMIA), Institute of Real Estate Management, America, Plant and Machinery Faculty of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and a UN Representative in Africa on environment.

He has a wealth of experience in the Real Estate profession having worked with both private and public establishments, amongst which are Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and Knight Frank and Rutley before establishing the company, J. Ajayi Patunola & Co. in 1989, which he has been overseeing till date. He has held many public and professional offices. He was the former Chairman of Association of Professional Bodies of Nigeria (APBN), Lagos State Chapter and a former chairman of the Lagos Branch of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV). He has also participated in many Federal and State Government strategic planning and till date a member of several committees at both the Federal and State level.

An eloquent writer, publisher and public speaker, he has delivered many lectures both within and outside the country. He is a member of the Prestigious Ikoyi Club.

Dr Bolarinde Patunola-Ajayi is the founder of J. Ajayi Patunola & Co and currently heads the management team.

Akintunde Michael Adigun graduated from Yaba College of Technology, Lagos Nigeria. He has a Higher National Diploma in Estate Management and a Masters’s Degree holder in Project Management from the University of Lagos.

He is a fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and a Registered Surveyor & Valuer. He has over a decade of experience in the field of Estate Surveying and Valuation. He has worked with various registered Estate Surveying and Valuation firms before joining the firm where he is part of the management team, overseeing the Central Agency Unit.

Abiodun Adeboye is a Registered Estate Surveyor & Valuers who has learnt the art of managing time, cost and quality in project conceptualization, development and the management of the finished real estate project and the facilities provided therein. He is a seasoned professional that has acquired broad experience in project finance, management and facilities management.

He holds a Higher National Diploma from Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin and an MBA specializing in Financial Management from Lagos State University. He has worked with consulting Estate Surveyors and Valuers and also in the Financial Service Industry before joining the company. He is a fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, a unique peg in the J. Ajayi Patunola & Co.’s management team where he is presently in charge of the firm’s business operations and Valuation Unit.
